Definition: Upon upload, any missing data can be geocoded for the user
Priority:
If a user excludes required data such as postal code/country code or lat long, the geocoder will try to identify the proper location by:
1. Location Name--usually the third column in the "Nodes" import file. This can be any address string. Remember to add country codes so that the lookup lands in the right country.
2. Latitude and Longitude--if there are present, the system can perform a reverse geocode.
Troubleshooting:
If a node does not seem to be working correctly--users cannot connect a lane to it or other odd behavior. Do this:
1. Click on node and expand
2. Hover mouse over postal code
3. Confirm there is a value after the "Rate Zone:"
If not, this implies that the postal code and/or country codes are not valid or understood.
