Definition
Shipment Size is an optional parameter that can be set at a customer node for any row of demand. It defines the average size of a delivery shipment to that customer.
Interface Location
Left click on any customer node and open the inspector on the right. Shipment Size is an attribute that is defined either globally in the configuration section or locally at a customer node.
Calculation
If a value is entered into the Shipment Size field, it will define the size and weight of shipments to that customer. If it is not defined (is blank or says "N/A") then the size of shipment to the customer will be defined by the settings for Units/order in Configuration>>Product.
